'Youkai Gakkou no Sensei Hajimemashita!' Announces Supporting Cast

The official website of the Youkai Gakkou no Sensei Hajimemashita! (A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!) television anime revealed three supporting cast on Tuesday. The anime series adapting Mai Tanaka's comedy fantasy manga will air in October 2024.

Katsumi Ono (Senki Zesshou Symphogear XV) is directing the anime at Satelight. Deko Akao (Meikyuu Black Company) is handling the series composition. Voice actor Ryouta Oosaka (Boushoku no Berserk) is starring as the lead character Haruaki Abe.

Tanaka began serialising the manga in Monthly GFantasy in November 2014. Square Enix published the 16th volume in December 2023, with the 17th planned for a September 27 release.

Yen Press licensed the manga in English in 2017. The 14th volume went on sale on June 18, with the 15th volume scheduled to be released on October 1.

Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 Confirmed For 2025 Release

A compilation film of season 1 along with a side story has also been announced. The official website of Kaiju No. 8 anime announced that season 2 is slated for broadcast in 2025. Additionally, it was also revealed that a compilation film of Season 1, along with a special episode titled ‘ Hoshina’s Day Off ” is currently in production and will be released in the theatres in 2025. Kaiju No. 8 season 1 aired from April 13 to June 29, 2024. The series was produced by Production I.G, with Studio Khara supervising the kaiju designs and artworks.
